I’m Andy Deaza, and if you’re here, I’d like to say thank you in advance for getting to know a little about me.

I think it's fair to say I’ve forged a pretty non-traditional path to becoming a leader within the creative marketing industry.

I’ve held positions with increasing responsibility at JWT, Arnold, Mullen Lowe, FCB, and McCann.

I continued my professional journey as a writer for Spike Lee at Spike DDB, followed by stints as a Copywriter and creative resident at BBDO New York and Associate Creative Director at McCann New York.

After over a decade, I’ve transitioned my traditional agency skills into the world of technology, spending three years as part of TikTok’s Global Creative Lab, as a Brand Strategist at Snapchat and most recently as Creative Director at Front Office Sports.
